A self-made personality, hungry for innovation, distinct thoughts, client centered, quality driven and passion to serve describes Architect Alhad Gore in a nutshell.

His journey began as a junior designer soon after his graduation in 1993 from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai. His leadership passion shone him to become a director, a partner and a CEO in top architectural firms in Mumbai within a short span in his career.

He started his own firm by the name “Beyond Design Architects & Consultants“ in late 2009 with a clear focus on aesthetics coupled with functionality and hence the coinage “Beyond Design”

Today, 12 years down the lane, the firm has successfully completed a mix of 210 architectural and fit-out projects across the country totaling more than 85 lac square feet and actively engaged in 20 lac square feet of work.

Under the leadership of Ar Alhad Gore, the firm is now internationally and nationally recognized with awards and magazine publications. The firm has bagged 3 international design awards, 1 nomination and 7 National awards. The international awards are:

The firm has maintained its core competence in the area of Corporate / IT/ ITES/ BPO/ KPO/ Hospitality / Pharma and Retail Industry. The scale of the projects undertaken is varied, right from a few thousand square feet to a million square feet at a single location.

The philosophy of Beyond Designs lies in aligning its design thinking with that of the client’s business needs and hence every solution is unique. Using the most advanced technology platforms like BIM and VR, the firm today is at the forefront of innovation and quality.

Over the last 26 years, Alhad has seen paradigm shift in the way spaces function today. He believes that although a major part of the way people function is going to be dominated by technology, the human interaction will never get replaced.

Alhad enjoys teaching and mentoring and has a strong desire to be a benefactor in the field of education. His rich experience of 26 years has earned him the due respect and credibility wherein he has been invited at various architectural institutions across the country as a guest lecturer and as a jury. He also had the honour of being appointed as an industry expert by Maharashtra State board of Technical Education on a panel, to improvise Interior design curriculum in the state in year 2017.
He is also appointed on Amity Business School Advisory Board 2022 -2024 for " Amity School of Architecture and Design ".

He is also a member of the Council of Architecture, The Indian Institute of architects and IIID
