The Best Architecture Masters (BAM) has released its 2022 edition of its ranking for the best Architecture Master Programs from all over the world in the year of 2022. 

The Best Architecture Masters programmes are released as an annual list by BAM, an independent research platform of postgraduate programs of architecture. 

This year, BAM's ranking evaluated the best 22 Masters Degree Programs from the best schools of architecture around the world, based on a comparative and objective methodology that has been developed by an Expert Committee, composed of 13 professors from some of the best-ranked Universities.

"This approach allows us to make an international-comparative study, that reflects the best architecture master’s programs from almost all over the world," said BAM.

The 2022 results of BAM Ranking from the QS Ranking by Subjects – Architecture / Built Environment have been announced to inform students, architects and the whole architecture community to help their selection in their future career. 

To rank the 22 Master’s Degree programs, BAM uses its own BAM Methodology, formed by universal indicators for the evaluation of educational performance, and validated also by its Expert Committee.

In the 2022 edition, the Harvard University's Master of Architecture II is ranked at the top of the list, while Columbia University's Master of Science degree in Advanced Architectural Design comes at the second row and Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and ETH Zurich's Master of Advanced Studies in Collective Housing (MCH) takes the third row in the list. 

While Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Master of Science in Architecture Studies in Urbanism (SMArch Urbanism) comes in the fourth position, Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Master of Science in Architecture Studies in Design (SMArchS Design) comes in the sixth row in the list. 

Delft University of Technology's The Berlage Post-master in Architecture and Urban Design in The Netherlands comes in the fifth row in the list. 

"BAM Ranking is aimed to help architects and students to get to know the best International Master’s programs available in the world, thanks to our transparent comparative system," BAM said.
