Event: "Creating Vibrant Communities For All" will be held on May 19 in Venice Architecture Biennale

The Swiss Federal Office of Culture, UNESCO, and the World Economic Forum are hosting the inaugural event of the Davos Baukultur Alliance during Venice Architecture Biennale 2023.
Titled Creating Vibrant Communities For All, the event will be held on May 19 at 10:30 am-1:00 pm CEST at Palazzo Zorzi, Castello 4930, Venice, Italy.
European Ministers of Culture, Forum Partners and civil society organizations will gather to discuss how government, business and civic leaders can work together to plan, construct, and manage high-quality places while also prioritizing affordability.
The Alliance was created to accelerate the adoption of high-quality Baukultur to help tackle the pressing challenges facing communities across the globe, most notably the growing cost of living crisis.
Speakers include Alain Berset, President of the Swiss Confederation, Alejandro Aravena, ELEMENTAL, Christian Benimana, MASS Design Group and Lyndon Neri/Rossana Hu, Neri&Hu Design.
Opening remarks will be made by Alain Berset, President of the Swiss Confederation. Project presentations will be made by MASS Design Group and Neri & Hu and speakers including Alejandro Aravena.
Panel discussion with Alliance members will be followed by Q&A and lunch and networking on the UNESCO terrace.
