In the capital of Albania, construction has begun on the new Boulevard Tower, which was designed by Oppenheim Architecture. 

The 38-story residential tower will rank among Tirana's highest structures and serve as a noticeable landmark along the city's growing Northern Boulevard. 

New Boulevard Tower will serve as a gateway to the proposed Central Park, solidifying New Boulevard's position as the city's civic spine. It is situated on a crucial site that connects Skanderbeg Square, the River Tirana, and the historic north-south axis.

With over 65 per cent of the redesigned city dedicated to bicycles and pedestrians, the project is a part of a larger effort to make Tirana a more sustainable capital. 

New Boulevard Tower, which is adjacent to a significant public square and an upcoming park, is a perfect illustration of how careful design is influencing the city's new urban identity. 

Oppenheim Architecture has been a longtime partner in Albania's strategic change, with several projects currently under way and a dedicated studio in Tirana manned by regional planners, designers, and architects. 

Along with civic and cultural initiatives like the College of Europe and Besa Museum, New Boulevard Tower is a testament to the firm's continued engagement in the nation's architectural development.

An urban plaza connecting the boulevard, square, and park is a feature of the ground-level New Boulevard Tower that promotes pedestrian traffic and creates a vibrant area for socializing. 

Every apartment in the tower has a continuous wraparound balcony with lots of natural light. Penthouses on the top three floors provide expansive views of Central Park and beyond. 

A dynamic visual experience that changes with light, shadow, and perspective is produced by the tower's cast-in-place façade, which combines rough surfaces and hues inspired by Tirana. Green roofing and energy-efficient systems are examples of sustainable design elements that contribute to the city's larger environmental objectives.

New Boulevard Tower represents Tirana's vibrant future as well as the firm's unwavering dedication to producing site-responsive, culturally relevant design as the Albanian capital develops.
