‘Professional Practice: A Guide to Turning Designs Into Buildings’

Paul provides some general observations about the profession of architecture and then discusses possible future directions- bad ones, and how they can be avoided and prevented, and good ones, and how they can be fostered and encouraged while building a practice.

Paul Segal is an Adjunct Professor and Director of Practice of Columbia University Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation and became an Adjunct Professor in 2008 in Pratt Institute Graduate Architecture Urban Design, teaching “Professional Practice”.
