Created in 1991, the MIPIM Awards is an internationally-renowned real estate competition held at MIPIM, the world’s property market  taking place from 10 to 13 March, 2015 at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes.

During MIPIM, delegates will be invited to vote for their favourite project in each category at the Awards Gallery located in the heart of the exhibition area. This vote will count 50% of the final result, along with the jury's vote. 

New this year, the jury has shortlisted 5 of their personal favourite projects among all for the Special Jury Award.

In addition, the People's Choice Award will be given to the public's favourite project, thanks to a pre-MIPIM online vote which will be launched early February. One project out of the all the finalists will receive special recognition from the public, from you!

All winners will be revealed during the prestigious MIPIM Awards Ceremony to be held on Thursday 12 March 2015 at the Palais des Festivals, Cannes.
