MIPIM's first PechaKucha event has been held at Grand Auditorium as part of other conferences. Six important presenters from international architecture firms and investors have focused on different aspects of 'housing problem' in the world. The presenters were Richard Fagg, Deputy Managing Director, Bouygues Development, Manuelle Gautrand, architect, Manuel Gautrand Architecture, Andrew Hay, Global Head of Residential, Knight Frank, Kim H. Nielsen, Founder & Creative Director, 3XN Architects, Ingvar Hansen Sejr, Head of Planning Division, City of Copenhagen and Simon Takasaki L., Principal, Takasaki Lauw Architects. Each presenter has discussed different torpics of housing problem and introduced new methodological approaches in order to create better solutions, starting from the development of Copenhagen, luxury problem, affordable housing to the designing of refugee places.
