Spaceship Condo is located in New England and seeks new owner- Spaceship Condo is now sold one of the spaceship’s 13 condos, which is now on the market for $349,900. The architects of this iconic, copper-clad shoreline condominium complex is Wilfred Armster and at one time, the complex was not the celebrated Guilford landmark it is now. In the beginning, one person threatened to kill Armster for designing such a radical facility, he said. Moreover, developers asked him to create “something wild” for the site of a defunct restaurant in Guilford, CT, but his copper-clad structure was not a hit with the townsfolk. “I’m probably a socialist — a capitalistic socialist,” Armster said. “I really thought a building like this would bring people together. That’s not true.”

This spaceship condo can be the perfect place for an artist who likes to be alone for summer or reside a full-time. The spaceship has two-space garage that can be used as a studio space. The unit also includes 1 bedroom, 2 baths and treehouse-type views of pine trees in one direction and Long Island Sound in the other.
