Craig Sean Palacios NCARB, AIA, LEED AP Craig Sean Palacios is a practitioner and academic of building science. As a practitioner, Craig has worked on the design teams of a number of projects globally. Today, Craig is mostly focused on transforming the small downtown Las Vegas community into a thriving global economic hub. In academia, Craig is an architectural historian, university instructor, lecturer, and writer. Currently, he is an adjunct professor at the UNLV School of Architecture and Howard Hughes School of Engineering. He is a regular guest critique and lecturer in both colleges. Craig received an Associate’s Degree with an emphasis in studio art from Seattle central, dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Art History and Architecture, and a Master of Architecture from UNLV. Craig has worked on 16 LEED certified projects during his tenure.
