Peter Lorenz´s first atelier started in Innsbruck in 1980. Before that he achived his academic diplomas in Innsbruck 1975 and Venice 1983 and set up a second office in Vienna in 1991. So far peterlorenzateliers handled some 325 commissions - one third of which have been built.
Corresponding to Peter´s philosophy of "creativity by universality" his projects have been varied and come in all shapes and sizes - covering everything from washbasin design right through to large scale urban planning. Other works include shopping centers, interior design, conversion jobs, residential quarters, hotels and multifunctional projects... Many victories in architect´s competitions, partecipations in international juries, prizes of all kinds and part- time teaching do complete his working capacity.
