The design response to a request to identify a paradigm constructive and morphological paradigm is compared with two structural challenges. The first is the difficulty to program in a closed way the urban logicof an area for the future society ,without incurring closed and dysfunctional solutions. . As urban architecture can provide answers to the complexity of contemporary societies and to the speed with which change the structure? The second concerns the actual socio-urban state in Turin and the signals that provide for a prospective decrease of the active population in the face of a growth in the urban built. The proposed solution is based on the identification of two key principles: the definition of a weak and modular design based on the demands of work and life that everyone will have; the pursuit of a territorial marketing logic that will allow the recognition of the area through the identification of a name-brand which qualify or differentiated it. This is to promote the attractiveness of the area, in particular for who decide to live in this area.
