The development site is located in the western part of Biling Street, Pingshan District, Shenzhen, and covers a renewal area of 500,000 square meters. The construction land for development measures approximately 230,000 square meters. The area designated for public use, including schools, cultural heritage preservation, parks, and green spaces, is approximately 270,000 square meters, resulting in a substantial land contribution rate of 54%.

The redevelopment area is surrounded by prominent natural landscapes such as Maluan Mountain, Qingfeng Mountain, Biling River, and Sanzhoutian River. Six different Hakka historical and cultural sites within the area enrich it with unique ecological and cultural resources. The future intersection of railway lines 19 and 31 on this land, complete with station facilities, promises easy transportation.

The planning concept leverages the north-to-south natural habitat to create a "One Street, Two Banks, Two Zones” recreational community at all times:

One Street: "Bixiu Green Street", a north-south ecological pathway, connecting the mountains and the city.

Two Banks: Developed along the banks of the Sanzhoutian River and the Biling River, this design focuses on creating open, diverse public neighborhoods, and emphasizes open vistas with greenery at every window and scenic views of mountains and water. It creating a well-ordered city skyline and enhancing the vibrant, humanistic recreational spaces on both sides of the river banks.

Two Zones: Including the Cultural Leisure Zone and the Community Shared Zone, which draw on the rich ecological environment and promote the Hakka culture. They create welcoming waterfront communities, forging a harmonious fusion of blue and green, framed by mountains and water, to shape the new Biling residential area reflecting local humanistic values.
