Nan'ao Island Luzaikeng Hotel Design Proposal·Shantou

The project is located on Nan'ao Island in Shantou City, covering a land area of 64,800 m², with a capacity building area of 32,400 m² and a maximum height limit of 20 m. The main components of the project include the hotel main building, standalone guest room area, staff dormitories, and hotel supporting facilities. The main building comprises 138 standard guest rooms along with a full-service restaurant and banquet hall. The standalone guest room area is divided into two sections - the western section includes 84 sea-view rooms on a single level, while the eastern section consists of 48 standalone guest rooms. Additionally, there are 64 staff dormitories and related logistical areas. Along the coast, there are supporting facilities including a fitness center, outdoor pool, SPA area, and a wedding hall. These facilities are connected to the beach via a leisurely pathway, linking to the entire coastal promenade system.

It aims to integrate and provide a space for Diverse Ecologies, Experiences, Dimensions, and Diversification, offering a 24-hour vacation experience and a comprehensive platform for holistic and deep relaxation for the mind and body, catering to various vacation needs of client.
