The project is situated in Umbria, Ponte San Giovanni, along the Tevere river, in the area of the old pasta factory building and silos that was freed up by its demolition. The project predicts an urban solution transforming the ex industrial area into a new development and a city park by the river. It consists of four multi functional nucleus towers 43m high. The buildings architecture follows the contemporary trend and reflects the use of environmentally friendly energy, in fact the buildings will be certified in class “A”. To promote the use of the green space by the citizens, new features will be added such as trees, a play area, bike/foot paths, water canals and public parking.
