the building has been realized by destroying the old one, built in the thirties. the high-tech used for the new building is the traditional breast wall one. it refers about the alveolate brick wall-poroton type. with blocks of 35 cm that supporting wall is linked to a good thermic endurance, thermic inertia skills and environmental healthiness. the used typology for the new structure gets the living box conception. it could be something unbelievable for many; but the social and cultural transformations of our society are involving the way of living much faster. living in a box is a trendy idea, where the box must being considered as a moving entity, that is al and minimal. it’s minimal because is basically made up of a unique space where different operations are performed. however, that easiness does show on the materials and details. the architectural building tends to highlighting a structure which is simple and linear. it’s both in al way than in the structural one. the low construction’s cost and a short realization time are the further result of the plan’s feature.

The business area is located on the building’s ground floor, then in the other ones we find the residence where is placed over 2 levels. The house is a duplex. There’s a living area on the first floor and a night on the last one. The interior distribution looks rational and refined. The flooring is made of glazed Grees; its size measures 60x60cm. All rooms are enlightened even the most hidden ones. It gives a natural light, thanks to the big dormer which is placed over the stair opening. The dormer’s main role is offering an important contribute to the hygrothermic comfort of the house spaces. During the summertime, the high ray of sun and the air flow effects do raise; afterwards the dormer let it come out, exploiting the fire place effect. That’s for reducing the spreading heat. During the wintertime, the steam produces the condensate, so the dormer allows the air change, avoiding the trouble. There’s a heat pump system for the heating and the cooling which offers a comfort quality; it can be used all year through. It will respect the environment, garanting the energy saving. Even the aluminum frames with silver coloured thermic cut and glass room, do contribute for a good energy containment. It’s interesting the plan for the darkening system which has been realized as a sliding aluminum structure closed by beaded staves pine’s scent.
