A radio station geared to architecture, design, and the building and living culture. Different voices and different languages link ideas from around the world.
GMA is a radio station that is focused on architecture, design and the building and living culture. A voice, or better a multitude of voices that speak different languages and connect the thoughts of people far from each other. It`s the first web radio in streaming dedicated to the world of architecture. A station that relies on the simplest and most commonly used technology for reaching listeners, professionals and others, all over the world. The event that will kick off this initiative is the XXIII World Architectural Congress, which will be held in Turin in 2008 and whose theme is “Transmitting Architecture”: with an emphasis on speaking to everyone about architecture using straightforward language and using modern communications tools. GMA radio broadcasts news programs, analyses, interviews with figures of international standing, dossiers, debates and a great deal of music. All in the original languages, creating an innovative communications channel everyone can easily relate to. GMA radio began experimental podcasts in 2007, and today its final programming is proceeding in step with the preparations for the coming World Congress, but it intends to become a stable and habitual point of reference for all those interested in architecture.
