Rehabilitation and Expansion of Houses in Oleiros , La Coruña.
The House V consists of the rehabilitation, adaptation and expansion of existing rental housing, conducted in the early 1960s.'s Family inhabiting the house takes almost fifty years vacationing in it, and in that time, the number of family members has been growing, but the house had been equally unable to meet current and future needs. The intention of the project is to make a place where they can enjoy their holiday three generations of the same family simultaneously. To do this, a new home for the two younger generations, consisting of a hinged side wing with the old building on the northeast edge and whose cover, in response to the existing topography, serves private garden at the present home is done.
