Though the aerial picture -the background- is not clear, I can see some deteriorated areas, and for the shadows, I guess the constructions surrounding the huge building are one story houses. It is clear that the buiding has a green conception, but I cannot imagine people living surrounded by the inhuman scale. This building needs to dialogue with the borders and the urban fabric. The authors should explain what is the proposal for the expropiation of land, and probably for slums. Or maybe the pictures do not clearly show the connectivity thats aimed in the summary.
