More than 2,560 projects were crowned at the WA Awards 10+5+X
The WA Awards is a global program that celebrates originality, innovation, diversity, and creativity in architecture. The awards specifically focus on projects that have not yet been publicly showcased, highlighting a commitment to architectural excellence. To date, the WA Awards program has honored over 2,560 projects across architecture, interior design, and student projects.

There are a limited number of categories available for submission, and it's important to note that the participation fee will remain the same as the deadline approaches.

WA Awards 10+5+X 52nd Cycle Winner Posters
Eligibility for WA Awards 10+5+X
The WA Awards 10+5+X are open to architects, architecture firms, interior designers, interior design firms, and students currently studying architecture or interior design. The awards consist of two main categories: Architecture and Interior Design.
Participants must submit their projects under one of three subcategories: Realized, Designed, or Student, depending on the chosen category. It is essential for participants to ensure that their submissions satisfy the specific requirements for each category.
Schedule for WA Awards 10+5+X
The WA Awards 10+5+X are typically held in three to four cycles each year, with each cycle lasting approximately three to three and a half months. Participants can submit their projects before the deadline for each cycle.
The submission deadline for the 53rd Cycle of the WA Awards is Monday, February 23, 2026. The voting period for this cycle is expected to begin in early March, and the winners are expected to be announced in mid-March.

Who are the Jurors for the WA Awards?
The WA Awards Jury is comprised of a distinguished group of invited professionals, including architects, renowned critics, scholars, theorists, editors of architectural magazines, curators, and other experts in the field. The first jury panel consists of previous WA Award winners and Honorary Members of the World Architecture Community (WAC). The first jury panel selects the first 10 winning projects.
The second jury panel is made up of academics, students, architects, and interior designers who are registered members of our platform. This panel is responsible for selecting the next 5 winning projects.
Nikos Fintikakis, co-founder of SYNTHESIS AND RESEARCH, Professor Şengül Öymen Gür, acclaimed Indonesian architect Budi Sukada, who is senior lecturer at the University of Tarumanagara, artist and teacher Ruth Jacobson, Alhadeff Architects founder Giancarlo Alhadeff, Sanjay Puri, the founder of Sanjay Puri Architects, architectural consultant Jane Samuels, are among the WAC's Honorary Members.
The World Architecture Community will announce the voting period on the WAC website, via emails, and through social media. The voting stages for WAC Members, Honorary Members, and past WA Award Winners will be held simultaneously on the WA Awards 10+5+X Submissions page.
WA Awards 10+5+X low-pricing policy
The WA Awards 10+5+X has implemented a low-pricing policy to encourage global participation. This initiative aims to boost international involvement and establish the WA Awards as one of the most affordable and accessible online awards program.
Additionally, the program seeks to enhance visibility between large offices and medium- to small-sized architectural firms. Participants will not incur any extra fees when entering multiple categories in the competition cycle.
WA Awards Winners get a special WA Award Winner Poster and a digital WA Award Certificate
Winners of the WA Awards will receive a high-resolution digital WA Award Winner Poster and a digital WA Award Certificate. Both will be provided to participants within a few weeks following the announcement of the winners.
