Vietnamese architecture studio Red5studio has created colorful and vivid interiors for this flagship store in Vietnam. 

Named Libe Flagship Store, the design of the store aimed to bring the feeling of outdoor spaces, such as tennis courts, swimming pools, into the interiors.

Covering a total of 243-square-metre area, the architects wanted to design a bustling, cheerful atmosphere which can be a characteristic feature of this project since the project area has many universities. 

To address the nature of the area, the studio created a youthful space.

Bright yellow-painted walls with arches, transparent pink tables, orange-colored sinuous staircase, green-framed mirrors and different geometric patterned floors reflect the character of the store to attract youth's attention. 

"We want to aim at the dynamic and youthful as the 'Libe brand' is giving young people. Combining colors, lines, shapes on a retro color background creates fun in the space and enhances the product's value," said Red5studio.

The façade of the building is the key part that give a little clue about the design of interiors. The design of facade is inspired by retro cubes made of red post-shaped steel covered with an effect paint.

"Coming into the construction, we want to change the familiar Libe brand's look with colorful colors; the tennis court-inspired floor is cut out of color," added the architects.

The studio used hanging furniture system along the walls placed on an off-white color background to highlight the product. The studio's mobile hanging design is inspired by products containing tools in the sports field in addition to the fixed suspension system. 

When customers entering the cashier area, the studio used a boxed welcoming space which was taken from a warehouse with plastic containers and storage cabinets. 

The ground floor's connecting point and the floor is a strip of stairs emphasized in orange to show the youthfulness leading in space, inside the staircase creating excitement by the color system moving along the stairs.

On the upper floor, the architects wanted to emphasize the joyfulness with mosaic floor tiles which are inspired by the feeling in a swimming pool and lush greenery.

"The fitting part is a locker - because that's where people store their belongings and transform themselves, opening up the dresser a bit is turning into a party girl," added the studio.

Red5studio also completed a cafe evoking a retro spirit with hues of red colors and lights in Vietnam.
