In order to spread awareness about the Subject of Architectural Journalism & Critical Appreciation, the initiative of conducting architectural journalism workshops was started by the curator-architect and design researcher Pappal Suneja in November 2016. By far, 20+ workshops on this subject have been conducted by the architect in diverse architecture colleges across the globe.

Taking ahead the legacy, a 6 weeks Virtual Course is being organized from Nov-Dec 2020. The Virtual Course series is the tenth initiative of Architectural Journalism & Criticism Organisation and the first one of the AJC Germany Branch.

Here is the brief schedule and details for the same.

Week 1: Brief Overview of the Course

Interpretation of Design, Preparation for Viva Voce

Week 2: Knowledge of Arch Vocabulary, Need, and Importance of Arch Journalism

Week 3: Creative Writing: Articles, Essays, and Blogs etc.

Week 4: Technical Writing- Report, Thesis & Dissertation

Week 5: Paper Writing- Review Papers

Week 6: Interactive Design Jamboree Sessions + Queries and Doubts.

Total Contact Time: 24 Hours

Participation Fee: 120 Euros for Students & 160 Euros for Professionals
