Archaeologist Mehmet Çuhadar to give a lecture On January 4 At Bodrum Architecture Library

Archaeologist Mehmet Çuhadar will give a lecture on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Bodrum Architecture Library in Bodrum, a port city in Muğla Province, Turkey

The Bodrum Architecture Library includes over 10,000 books and 20,000 documents in the fields of architecture, history, art, urbanism, archeology, engineering - founded by WAC's Founder and President Prof. Suha Ozkan, Hon F AIA. The library also hosts a series of events, workshops and lectures directed by Suha Ozkan. 

Çuhadar's lecture is titled "History Underwater" and starts at 18:00 at the library. 

About Mehmet Çuhadar

Archaeologist Mehmet Çuhadar, who worked at Konya Archeology and Bodrum Underwater Archeology Museums, also took part in the Çömlekçi and Knidos excavations in Bodrum region. 

Çuhadar also worked in the tourism sector and promotion of employees in Turkey for many years. Mehmet Çuhadar gave several lectures and conferences in Turkey and abroad and he wrote many guidebooks. 

Mehmet Çuhadar, who is a member of Bodrum City Council Cultural Heritage group and Advisory Board of Herodotus 3rd Age Academy, is currently working on the establishment of a CARIA CIVILIZATIONS & BODRUM CITY MUSEUM in Bodrum.
