Hariri & Hariri Architecture releases new book exploring its research and construction techniques

Hariri & Hariri Architecture has released its new monograph exploring the studio's the process of design and new construction techniques of innovative ideas, presented through its recently completed projects. 

Released by Images Publishing, the new monograph - titled Hariri&Hariri Architecture: Leading Architects - is comprised of 256 pages illustrated with detailed drawings, detailed images, and detailed layout plans of the selected projects.

The book is mainly dedicated to the studio's process of design, depth of research and an approach to innovation employed by this much-celebrated and progressive New York-based firm, from architecture to design creations for various collections.

The monograph includes several highly celebrated recent projects, namely the world-renowned residential project Sternbrauerei Salzburg, in Austria, known as 'The Jewels of Salzburg', a mixed-use residential/retail project in Xi an, China - an office/residential building in Dallas' new Arts Center - a residential development in Cape Cod, and a one-of-a kind 'Rock Crystal' chandelier and jewelry collection for Swarovski.

The book also presents a detailed look at the office's Alvand Office Tower completed in Tehran, Iran in 2016. The Alvand Office Tower was selected as the winner of WA Awards in the 25th Cycle, selected by the votes of Honorary Members and Winners in earlier cycles in Designed category.

Hariri & Hariri Architecture was founded in 1986 by Iranian-born Cornell-educated sisters Gisue Hariri and Mojgan Hariri. Critics have stated that this New York-based firm is one of the most progressive American firms of their generation. 

This monograph, part of Images Publishing's Leading Architects Series, follows on the heels of the acclaimed 2010 monograph, Hariri & Hariri Buildings & Projects, published by Images Publishing. This new book showcases the firm's dedication to the research and construction of innovative ideas.

The firm has been commissioned for a number of high-profile projects, including the now iconic Sagaponac House, the first of numerous homes by internationally acclaimed architects gathered by Richard Meier and the late Coco Brown for the 'Houses at Sagaponac' development in Long Island, New York, and the firm continues to be involved in numerous commercial and residential projects currently in development in the Middle East. 

Richly photographed throughout and featuring detailed plans, the book chronicles in glorious detail the fine output of this dynamic duo and their influence on architecture and design across the globe.
