MIPIM's 1st day has started with several international speakers from all over the world.WA has followed up its 1st selective conference that was titled ''Capital Megaprojects Russia&Worldwide:Solutions That Work''.Conference speakers Kai-Uwe Bergmann,partner at BIG,Sergey Cheremin,Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department for External Economic and International Relations of Moscow,Moscow City Government,Murat Gokhan Kalsin,Vice President ,Istanbul Chamber of Commerce,Marat Khusnullin,Deputy Mayor of Moscow Government for Urban Development and Construction,Moscow City Government,Sergey Kuznetsov,Chief architect of Moscow, First Deputy Head of the Committee for Architecture and Urban Development,Moscow City Government,Men Mikhail,Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation,Andrey Peregoudov,General Director,VTB Arena park,Nicolay Nikiforov,,Minister,Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of The Russian Federation,Jonathan McClory,Partner,Portland.

Kai-Uwe Bergmann was the first speaker of this conference and he has talked about BIG's U Vision for New York City,Ski-Slope Project in Copenhagen and lastly Google Headquarters.Kai-Uwe Bergmann,shortly,has explained how they approached to the design process and tried to solve its urban infrastructures by taking into some territorial considerations in their design methodology.

Gokhan Murat Kalsin,Vice President,Istanbul Chamber of Commerce,has talked about Istanbul's new development and investment projects by stressing the Istanbul's increasing new construction sectors.In the future,''Istanbul will be the capital of the World'' he said.

Prof.Carlo Ratti,MIT Senseable City Lab, at Architecture Cafe&Ben Van Berkel,UNStudio

The 2nd session of MIPIM covered some private talks and WA has followed up other important speakers that changes the dynamism of architecture and private Talks with Prof.Carlo Ratti,MIT Senseable City Lab and Ben Van Berkel,UN STudio held at Innovation Forum,Architecture Cafe.

Prof.Carlo Ratti has talked about global network,connectivity and technology as related to architecture and he emphasized how technology changes our perception of space.Carlo Ratti has also stressed the importance of dynamic relation between inside and outside by considering architecture.Ben Van Berkel,UN STudio,his speech was mainly about ''The new Work Environment:Moving From The Network Practice to the Knowledge Practice'' and he asked; how we design our working environments? and he explained his considerations over some his office's built projects.Flexibility in programming,enriching network through knowledge platforms and external participation were just a few of his focused topics in his talk.

The 3rd selective conference of MIPIM was about Emerging Trends in Real Estate:A Global Outlook For 2015 at MIPIM 2015 and the speakers of the conference were Roger Orf,partner-Apollo Global Management,Max Sinclair,Head of UK Division CRE,Wells Fargo Bank International,Michael Spies,Senior,Managing Director,Sophie Van Oosterom,CIO EMEA,CBRE Global Investors,Craig Hughes,Partner Pwc.

All those international real estate names discussed the new methodologies in real estate and the dialectic relationship issue between some countries.The topic focused on some geo-politic issues,policies and economical conditions over some specific countries like Turkey,Dubai and Egypt.
