Aedas projects win Special Jury Award and seven 2014 MIPIM Asia Awards

Aedas topped competitors from 14 countries and received a total of eight 2014 MIPIM Asia Awards, including the only Special Jury Award given to Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Administration Information Building in Suzhou, China, which is the jury’s favourite project among all entries. The awards include:
-Special Jury Award - Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University Administration Information Building, Suzhou, China, designed by Andy Wen
-Gold Award, Best Office & Business Development - Sandcrawler, Singapore, designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas
-Gold Award, Best Urban Regeneration Project - Revitalisation Project at Mallory Street/Burrows Street, Wan Chai, Hong Kong, designed by Edward Leung
-Silver Award, Best Hotel & Tourism Development - Langham Place, Guangzhou, China, designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas
-Silver Award, Best Mixed-use Development - Center 66, Wuxi, China, designed by Christine Lam and David Clayton
-Silver Award, Best Chinese Futura Project - Shanghai K2 Xinhua Lu Mixed Use Project, Shanghai, China, designed by Christine Lam and David Clayton
-Bronze Award, Best Mixed-use Development - Nanfung Commercial, Hospitality and Exhibition Complex, Guangzhou, China, designed by Andrew Bromberg of Aedas
-Bronze Award, Best Chinese Futura Mega Project - Mapletree Minhang Business City & VivoCity, Shanghai, China, designed by Josh Goh and Jiang Ping

The MIPIM Asia Awards recognise the property industry’s best and brightest, rewarding innovation and achievement in a variety of fields.
