Competition winner in 2010 and with project developed in 2011/12, it is now in motion the public candidacy process for construction company selection, with the construction start estimated for early 2015.
CAA strong relation with the context, will allow an engagement with the social fabric, providing new urban dynamics and human interactions. The compact volume scheme, based in a central distributive core, aims for a maximized performance, achieved by a rational functional and constructive system, and by high levels of environmental and long-term management sustainability.

CAA includes an auditorium for 650 people, exhibition spaces, concert caffee, shop and other support services. The result is an optimized equipment that reflects the choices made in a limited budget context, thus favoring objective solutions and rationalization of resources. The building is therefore compact and systematic. The project approaches in three dynamic forces, which clearly describe the three major items of the program, shaping the building essential form. The organization centered in a nuclear distributive core, with the aim of maximizing functionality and operational sustainability.
