Hebei Lanfang Yongqing International Clothing City designed by WVA Architects in 2014 and the planning of the project represents a new fashion discourse in architecture. This urban concept for a new district close to Langfang city located in Hebei province in China. The project is a self sustaining micro-city sized fashion industry that also requestions the respresentation of architecture with a crystallized-images -or the reality of the projects harmonized with images and concept.
This fashion hub is situated within the city of Langfang, and at a convenient distance from Beijing and Tianjin and this urban concept is designed to be a fast, efficient, sustainable, attractive and internationally acclaimed fashion hub. All planning decisions are based on a networks, roads and human-flows within a sistematic pattern that makes this plan easily readable.
The fashin-hub is also very vivid at nights because of its light-veins and flows. The total area is 35,000,000 sqm.
