81.WAW.PL architectural studio was founded in 2010. It is run by two young and inventive architects – Anna Paszkowska-Grudziąż and Rafał Grudziąż. Their motto is „Idea - the most important thing when designing”.81 stands for 1981 - a very important year in the history, not only in Poland. Some facts: martial law was introduced in Poland; queues for meat products in all shops; Ali Agca’s assassination attempt on the Pope; MTV started its broadcasting; first PC; Anna and Rafał were born.WAW stands for Warsaw; we live and work in our hometown.PL stands for Poland; we are just proud of being Polish.The designers specialize in family housing, interior design, and public buildings as well. 81.WAW.PL team is known from their open-minded attitude to new trends, and their great ambition. Actually all projects made by Anna and Rafał are simple and functional - never dull.
