Joan j. Fortuny Giró was born in 1980 in Barcelona and ​​graduated in 2008 as a Senior Architect in Barcelona. In 2020, he joined forces with Alventosa Morell Arquitectes to form the company Fortuny – Alventosa Morell Arquitectes with a focus on the development and drafting of public housing projects. Since 2022 he has been teaching the discipline of sustainable construction classes at the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and he has been invited by the University of Barcelona (UB) and the University of Valencia (UPV) to develop workshops and conferences.
