Ishaq Rochman/ R CODES is an Indonesian architect and designer whose work explores contemporary spatial narratives through clarity, restraint, and a human-centred approach. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Universitas Teknologi Yogyakarta and is a professional member of the Indonesian Institute of Architects (IAI).
His practice positions architecture as a cultural and spatial framework, where local context, collective memory, and contemporary form intersect. Working across architectural and urban scales, Ishaq approaches each project as a site-specific investigation, shaping design responses to social, environmental, and spatial conditions.
Engaged in international architectural and planning discourse, he has contributed to global platforms, forums, and selected competitions. His work is driven by adaptability, contextual intelligence, and the pursuit of architecture that remains relevant over time while addressing emerging urban challenges.
