Architect, Designer and Author Dinesh Doshi has completed over 600 store design projects nationally and internationally ranging from supercenters, supermarkets, superettes, convenience stores, fast food establishments and department stores. Holding a Masters of Architecture degree from the prestigious Pratt Institute, Doshi`s award-wining firm, Architectonics International Inc., recently celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary.
