This scientific facility works 24-7 to provide a fast & an effective support to any site inside Egypt borders.

In case something wrong happened to the exists government systems causing it a massive failure; this center works as back up source and automatically transform all controls of the basic facilities on Egypt from the capital to itself until the main systems restored.

In peace this center trains youth that didn’t join the army on different methods of facing disasters.

In case of war this center works as a shelter for all systems, secret documents, food and even medicines and homeless people and also as a temporary governmental post if needed.
