This house is located in a sinuous land and a very sharp slope Fantastic sea view, from sunrise to sunset. Southeast winds. View on Funchal bay, on one side and on the Deserters Islands on the other side. Next door there is another piece of land with a private house and on the other side gardens. To have the biggest area garden as possible and as the house is next to a public park we design the building as far as possible of the public garden area. You can hardly see the house except for the first floor, that´s the only part you can really see because the bedroom area is hidden by high retaining walls.
