Description

Architectural Competition held in Greece in 2008. This is a proposal for restoration and reuse of East Neorio, Zane Dock and Salt Depot at the port of Herakleion in Crete. Three existing buildings, which after being restored will house cultural uses. For this purpose, a new “skin” is proposed inside the existing shell, which will maintain its own structural independence. Materials used are wood, metal and glass.
