The choice for this 140-square-meter apartment was to concentrate only on essential geometric lines, in a strictly contemporary fashion. Contrasts stand out between horizontal and vertical planes, as well as between full and empty spaces. These contrasts have allowed for the creation of unique design elements, encompassing brickwork, outfitted walls, shelving, bathtubs, bookshelves, beds, the kitchen and plays of light throughout. Said elements were not an afterthought but rather conceived of during the renovation plans, so as to give a homogenous look to the house.
