Two hundred square meters, laid out on two floors, as well as approximately four hundred square meters of yard. The entire renovation plays with contrasts: modernity, exemplified by cold materials such as glass, steel and cement; antiquity, exemplified by warm materials such as the chestnut floor and various original fixtures. The space takes on value, not only as a usable area but as a pure and sculptural spatial element, in a concept borrowed from the significant Japanese experience of the architect.
