The Proposed Dasmarinas Eco-Health IT Township is a wholistic world-class mix use development project starting at 20 hectares from a total of 95 hectares that aims to make it the top business park and touris destination in the Asia aimed to boost the Philippine economy with foreign direct investments.

A four tower five-star hotel serviced residential condominium connected at the top by Skypark Garden, a roof deck landscaped garden with an infinity pool and four lotus-inspired tensile-fabric Michelin star-rated restaurants, with an open-air luxury lifestyle mall podium defined by multiple viewing decks with commercial stalls, offices, five lotus-inspired tensile-fabric fine dining restaurants. The Proposed Dasmarinas Eco-Health IT Township has a smart automated level two 1,000 bed hospital with a medical school, 18 iconic midrise mix-use commercial ,office , residential towers, multilevel open type commercial mall, multi-level mix-use commercial podiums, and the best looking sports convention center this side of Asia. Each tower will have single loaded corridors with natural lighting and ventilation with a full glass façade framed by leaf pattern exoskeleton structural frame making it a step ahead in functional design. This iconic leaf pattern that rise from ground to roof level that give it a distinctive look and functions as a structural frame to counter seismic movements making it the stronger than conventional designs in resisting earthquakes. The building character was designed to match the festive countryside and commercial centers in the the township to complement its eco-friendly approach. The architectural character is highlighted at night by LED lights that outline the building shape with ground spotlights. The full glass façade framed by the structural leaf pattern transforms into a giant multimedia screen that at night for an impressive lightshow. )

The Proposed Inspire Health 1000 is a smart, sustainable and eco-friendly hospital with a 1,000-bed capacity aiming to be the best in health issues including cancer, heart health, geriatrics, gynecology, and neurology. It also features a stem cell clinic, a roof deck level tensile-fabric lotus flower inspired spa and rejuvenation center and a helipad. It is committed to providing compassion, expertise and answers to everyone who needs healing. It will focus on promoting significant improvements in the healthcare service provided, as well as the clinical outcome for the patient. This will be entirely funded and operated by foreign direct investment funds aiming to set the highest standard in health care throughout Asia.
The project is sustainable using solar power and odorless Biogas NPK2 Waste Recycling System that converts biodegradable waste into cooking gas.
