The Proposed Costa Del Sol is an elegant world-class mix use development project with an unbeatable location that sits on a peaceful stretch of combined rolling terrains along a pristine white sand beachfront that stretches miles along a cove with emerald crystal clear water and coral reefs facing the South China Sea. Phase One ( Proposed six-star Resort Hotel with Serviced Residences)
The Proposed six-star LEED Gold–certified Resort Hotel with Serviced Residences will be on a six hectares property overlooking the sea. This will highlight a blend of design tensile fabric structures juxtaposed with Asian architecture. The iconic Resort Hotel will have a multilevel commercial podium with three towers that incorporate a unique LED-lit earthquake-proof decorative structural exoskeleton and nighttime multimedia display. It will have Michelin-rated restaurants with tropical gardens, overwater thatched pavilions with exquisite spas and heated infinity pools, overwater and beach suite Asian cabañas with private infinity pools on

wraparound decks. There will be a scuba dive shop offering courses and access to plentiful dive sites including Tubataha Reef, as well as yacht tours of mangroves and secret lagoons reef for snorkeling, a fleet of kayaks for guests' use. Rooms will have sophisticated furniture with inlaid coconut and shell, and sybaritic daybeds. There is no end of things to do here with an athletic club, frequent cultural events and water sports facilities.
Phase Two (Luxurious Residential Enclave)
This will be designed to be an exclusive private Luxurious Residential Enclave on a stunning stretch of seaside property reserved for the ultra-rich. It will be limited to twenty five one hectare sized lots occupying a prime tranche of white sand sea coast that captures the island’s languorous magic.
