Within the eco-district, the PB macro-lot has the greatest diversity of typologies. From collective housing to intermediate housing, its footprint offers a major place in the landscape. It connects the Petit Bras de Seine to the north, to Lot PA to the south. It articulates and unites the entire landscape composition within the eco-district. Common rules apply to the entire sector. Colors and materials are available to echo what already exists. Wood, terracotta, steel, sandblasted concrete as a base... So many materials that bring their natural pigmentation to projects. The buildings designed by us are made with biosourced materials and a structure mainly made of wood. They also benefit from a regular structural framework allowing their adaptability and reversibility, particularly
during the “Legacy” phase which will follow the 2024 games.

In order to anchor itself to the ground we offer a mineral base. Color is expressed through the materiality of the facades. Their warm tone, with the use of wood and lime, subtly recalls the colorimetry of phase 1 of the eco-district and brings their natural pigmentation to the projects.
A public square is created between the buildings and linked to the large common room of our project to offer Olympic athletes and future residents a large meeting space.
