PROJECT BRIEF
The iconic Proposed Sadik Smart City is a mix use development project to be done in phases integrating a 82 hectares smart sustainable township featuring world-class buildings in health, leisure and living aimed to make Mindanao the health-tourism capital of Asia with the existing Sadik Grand Mosque as the focal point.
The township conveniently located 31 minutes (14.6 km) away from Zamboanga International Airport. Powered by 6G technology, the smart township will be the premier venue for eco-health tourism, commercial and lifestyle living in Mindanao.
It features iconic and world-class buildings that will define the new genre of eco-tourism in Asia with the following:

The Proposed Al-Diwan Smart City is about the preservation of the Muslim tradition and brotherhood juxtaposed with premier health tourism lifestyle, luxury, character, personality and identity. Its architecture is modern, fashionable, stylish, and unique. It focuses on diversity of religion, health and entertainment for everyone. The unique designs redefine the art of Asian luxury, skillfully marrying the sustainable eco-friendly energy features of solar power and odorless Biogas waste recycling technology for a truly unique sustainable Filipino design and experience.
Inspired by Saudi Arabia doing the best and biggest project in the world with American and British Architects , the Architect designed each building with AI and value engineering making it superior in form and function, structurally stronger, modular and faster to build.
