The Proposed PCU Smart Hospital will be the first hospital in the Philippines utilizing smart medical technology to diagnosis, treat and monitor patients. With new generations of information technology like Artificial Intelligence, this hospital be smarter than ever. It will be sustainable and eco-friendly hospital with a 300-bed capacity aiming to be the best in health issues including cancer, heart health, geriatrics, gynecology, and neurology. It also features a stem cell clinic, a roof deck level tensile-fabric lotus flower inspired spa and rejuvenation center and a helipad. It is committed to providing compassion, expertise and answers to everyone who needs healing. It will focus on promoting significant improvements in the healthcare service provided, as well as the clinical outcome for the patient. This will be entirely funded and operated by foreign direct investment funds aiming to set the highest standard in health care throughout Asia.

The Proposed PCU Smart Hospital / Medical School is designed to gain recognition as the best iconic hospital/ Medical School in the world. It is sleek, modern, and will use metal, glass, and modified clay material cladding for easy maintenance. It will be run and operated by a world-renowned Japanese Health Care Management group that have built their own hospitals with the advocacy to make health accessible and equal to everyone. It will have state-of-the-art medical equipment, robotic surgery equipment, the latest medical technology, BIOGAS Odorless Waste Recycling Facility with an autoclave system for hazardous waste, solar power, and a world-class architectural design that will set the trend for healthcare buildings. It will be distinguished by a comprehensive database Health Management Information System with a smart card that focus on promoting new ways of measure and paying for health that will contribute to improve the quality of the service provided and the access to new types of therapies. The Proposed Inspire Health 300 will be a modular building that will be built using the best and most advance methods of construction to cut the time it takes to build a hospital. This will be the template for similar hospitals will be repeated countrywide in different scales as required for each region. It will serve as the template for smart hospitals that will be built countrywide.
