Located in Tan Binh district, the "Townhouse" project wears a modern, contemporary "coat" with neutral tones from light gray to warm beige, creating a living space that is both luxurious and comfortable. The living room is designed with a modern, elegant and close-to-nature space. As soon as you enter, the first impression is spaciousness and airiness thanks to the large glass door system that occupies the entire entrance to the house.

This glass door system not only helps the space to always be filled with natural light but also brings a feeling of continuous connection with the outside, allowing the homeowner to enjoy the fresh air and surrounding landscape.

A large sofa with a simple, elegant design, placed in the center of the room with pillows in elegant, gentle colors (such as matcha, brown) not only increases comfort but also highlights the delicate beauty of the space, creating a highlight for the room.

The kitchen is designed in an L-shape to optimize space, creating a spacious and comfortable space. The kitchen cabinets are designed in a modern style with many drawers and storage shelves to help homeowners easily clean and arrange kitchen utensils, spices, and utensils neatly. The kitchen countertop is made of high-quality granite, the surface is smooth and easy to clean, helping the kitchen space always stay clean and shiny. In particular, the light-colored stone surface also helps the kitchen look more spacious and airy.
