We undertook a feasibility study for the developer that involved the creation of 7 concept designs of which this scheme was one. The objective was to find the right mix of functions and architectural solutions tha cretes the best architecture while maximmizing profit to the developer. This was done by integrating creative architectural ideas with the financial feasibility at an early stage and continuosly throughout the design process resulting better architecture that is more profitable for all.
