Reep, Fojo and Holder were founded in the nineteen-sixties, and during the nineteen-seventies and eighties, became one of the largest Architectural / Engineering firms in the Caribbean. Some of the projects completed during this time were: The first indoor mall in Trinidad, the original West Mall; the first outdoor mall in Trinidad, Valpark Shopping Plaza; the first high-rise residential complex in Trinidad, Ridgewood Towers; the first condominium project in Trinidad, Westpark Villas; Maritime Heights; numerous townhouse and condominium complexes; the National Flour Mills and National Fisheries complexes; and many other major projects. During the nineteen-nineties, Frank Fojo formed his own firm which besides functioning as design consultants also began to be involved in projects as a developer. Some projects developed were the Fujitsu Headquarters and the DMDC Building on Victoria Square, and Goodwood Villas.

David Fojo, the eldest son of Frank Fojo, is the Managing Director of Fojo Design & Develop Ltd. David is the lead architect at FD&D and has a Masters Degree from the Yale School of Architecture. He has brought with him the experience of working at senior levels with world class organizations such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, the largest architectural firm in the world, Hellmuth, Obata + Kassabaum {HOK}.David is considered to be one of the Caribbean’s leading experts on green/healthy building and ancient design philosophies.
