Project purpose:
The Smart Nature Museum in Sheikh Zayed, Egypt is dedicated to promoting awareness about the significance of nature, particularly in urban areas. The museum highlights the impact of urbanization on our relationship with the natural world, aiming to educate and inspire visitors about the importance of preserving and reconnecting with nature.
Concept: Third Generation City - Marco Casagrande
Zones: The project comprises three primary exhibitions, each highlighting a different stage of life. The exhibitions feature interactive displays and installations, encouraging visitor engagement.
The first generation will showcase the early stages of human development, emphasizing the deep connection with nature through hunting and gathering. The second generation will highlight the industrialization and urbanization that led to a significant disconnect from nature. The third generation will educate and inspire visitors to reestablish their connection with nature. By providing immersive experiences and educational resources, the exhibition encourages visitors to reconsider their relationship with nature.
Restaurant aims to enrich the visitor experience by offering a comfortable setting to rest and recharge. It also extends visit duration and enhances overall engagement with the museum's offerings, improving visitor experience.
