The project was conceived as an apartment that conveys a warm and contemporary atmosphere, where each space was designed to be calm, functional, and timeless. The open layout in the social areas encourages daily interaction and togetherness, while at the same time offering the possibility of being divided with sliding doors, allowing the environment to adapt to different needs. Circulation was carefully designed to be clear, achieving a natural transition between public and private zones, so that moving through the apartment feels fluid and harmonious.

One of the most distinctive spaces is the office-library, envisioned not as a conventional workspace but as a Zen retreat dedicated to reading and relaxation. The solution to keep it connected to the rest of the apartment without losing privacy was the use of walnut wood latticework combined with bronze-toned glass. This design allows light and views to flow, avoiding complete isolation and creating a serene, sophisticated atmosphere.

The selection of materials reflects the intention of providing continuity and coherence throughout the project. Each area was designed to share the same language, avoiding the perception of independent spaces. Wood and light-toned stone predominate, accompanied by neutral finishes that reinforce the sense of calm. The palette was strategically reduced to consolidate unity: large-format travertine-style porcelain tile for flooring, engineered wood applied to wall paneling and ceilings, light-toned wallpaper to add subtle texture, walnut wood for general carpentry, and, in smaller measure, sintered stone in a calacatta finish for elegant accents. This combination gives the apartment a refined and enduring aesthetic, where every detail contributes to the experience of inhabiting a serene, welcoming, and contemporary space.

The result is a project that celebrates both togetherness and tranquility, with open environments that invite sharing and intimate corners that encourage introspection. The
continuity of materials and the clarity of spatial design consolidate an apartment that not only meets functional needs but also offers a coherent architectural narrative—warm, refined, and lasting.
