The project addresses the programmatic requirements of a residential building with the aim of satisfying and exceeding them by innovating on the design and construction techniques typically used in this type of project. The project reinvents the typical, repetitive interpretation of this type of real estate development project to create a new language. And this is one of the fundamental reasons why these homes, along with their scale, materiality, and spatiality, feel like home—warm, welcoming, and enveloping—very much outside of any particular trend or era. The facades are a direct response to the needs of each space and its function, as well as its connection to the surrounding environment and its relationship with the climate. Two main facades protect family life. One facade facing the golf course projects the interior and absorbs the exterior. Another main facade reaffirms the personality of an exclusive lifestyle based on healthy behavior, supported by principles of balance between function and spatial quality. An architecture that needs no embellishment is proposed—a bare architecture that reveals the spatial and structural solution. Built with top-of-the-line materials and technological solutions.
More than just a functional, traditional home, the project aims to create a space capable of fostering a unique ecosystem in daily life. It encourages a lifestyle connected to vegetation, light, and air quality, perceived as "living in a house with spacious rooms and a rich sense of space," generating a more natural environment through its terraces and views of the golf course. In short, an environment that creates a habitat removed from the chaos of the city.
Its timeless aesthetic ensures sustainability, transcending trends, and guarantees a positive and powerful image throughout its lifespan.
The design features prominent slab lines, accompanied by linear planters interrupted by concrete ribs, which, along with the greenery, frame and create a rhythmic, irregular character on the facade. These ribs run vertically through the building, creating a new, prominent presence within the environment, completely devoid of any pre-conceived design language.
The project is resolved through four main elements: exposed concrete and wood, as noble materials, plus vegetation and light, as key components of the dwellings.
In conclusion: a rational architecture, a direct response to its needs, without embellishment or forced solutions, which acquired a unique and exclusive personality.
