Designed as a refined coastal retreat, AT House by Anvana Architects embodies a vision where architecture, landscape, and lifestyle flow effortlessly into one another. This home was not conceived as a structure, but as an experience—one that celebrates calm, air, and horizon. Every space, every detail was imagined to frame a fluid dialogue between indoors and out, between nature and materiality, between comfort and sculptural elegance.
The open-plan layout maximizes natural light and ocean views, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls invite the lush landscape inside, while the living and dining areas transition seamlessly onto the expansive terrace and pool deck. A palette of neutral tones—sand, taupe, and charcoal—is enriched by luxurious textures such as velvet, polished marble, and matte bronze accents.
The interior design is a masterclass in contrasts: soft upholstered furnishings are paired with sculptural lighting fixtures and sleek cabinetry. A central kitchen island in veined marble anchors the space with refined elegance. The bespoke lighting, including clusters of smoked-glass pendants and linear ceiling lights, adds rhythm and vertical drama.
Outside, the design embraces island-inspired tranquility. A floating pergola defines the alfresco dining area, framed by tropical greenery and water features. The architectural lines are clean and geometric, softened by cascading plants and natural stone cladding.
In the private areas, such as the master suite, the design narrative continues through muted tones, plush bedding, and minimalist decor, all oriented to capture the surrounding sea and sky. The bathrooms echo the sophistication of a five-star resort, with full-height mirrors, black marble walls, and ambient lighting.
Every element of AT House is crafted to evoke calm, luxury, and a sense of permanence—a true sanctuary where contemporary design meets timeless coastal elegance.
