Located in a privileged coastal area of the Costa Blanca, JS House is a private residence where classic European elegance meets curated contemporary luxury. The project reflects a sophisticated balance between tradition and modernity, creating an interior design narrative that is both timeless and visually compelling.
From the moment one enters, the grandeur of the space is evident. High ceilings, meticulously framed doors, and polished marble flooring set the tone for a residence designed with utmost precision. The entrance corridor, framed by classic molding and natural light, opens into a series of living spaces where color, texture, and light work in harmony.
The main living room is a double-height space flooded with natural light, thanks to full-length windows draped in golden velvet curtains. Custom-designed chandeliers hang like floating sculptures, reflecting off mirror panels and polished surfaces to amplify the sense of openness. An olive green velvet sofa composition anchors the space, inviting comfort without sacrificing style.
A remarkable contrast defines the interiors: the deep richness of black-veined marble is set against a palette of muted greys, taupes, and warm neutrals. These tones are accentuated with golden accents, vintage bronze sculptures, and carefully curated antique furnishings. The palette is further enriched by the presence of emerald green wall panels with classic gilded moldings, creating a regal yet fresh backdrop for art and collectibles.
The kitchen and adjoining areas maintain the same level of detail and elegance, with minimalist cabinetry concealed within marble-lined architectural volumes. Sculptural lighting elements and discreet hardware ensure a seamless blend between function and form.
One of the strongest features of the JS House is its seamless indoor-outdoor transition. French doors open to panoramic views of the Mediterranean landscape, extending the interior aesthetic outward. The furniture layout, lighting, and art placement are all strategically curated to frame these views as part of the interior experience.

Every detail – from ceiling reliefs and handcrafted moldings to reflective surfaces and eclectic decor – has been selected to create a harmonious environment.
