LW House Renovation is a complete reimagination of a seafront villa interior, carried out by Anvana Architects with a refined vision for luxury, serenity, and curated artistic expression. The project embraces the natural light and panoramic sea views while creating a sense of sculptural stillness and understated opulence.
The entrance hall sets the tone: a soaring double-height space with an abstract black chandelier installation and fluid staircase framed by brass balustrades. A large, hyperrealist portrait in a circular frame dominates one wall, bringing both personality and softness to the architectural symmetry. Artistic accents, such as the black sculptural totem and asymmetrical console table, complement the architectural geometry with emotional contrast.
The bedrooms are studies in calm luxury. Neutral palettes in sand, stone, and ivory are paired with tactile materials such as velvet, leather, and stonewashed linens. Floating beds, inset lighting, and concealed wardrobes enhance the sense of minimalism, while every detail — from the custom bedside tables to the recessed curtain rails — speaks of thoughtful design.
The bathrooms are clad in large slabs of bookmatched marble with natural veining. Monolithic vanities with underlighting and brushed gold fixtures evoke a spa-like ambiance. The mirrors, sculptural lighting, and ambient reflections extend the architectural language of the home into even the most private corners.
The entire project balances restraint and richness — echoing the client’s desire for a sanctuary that is both emotionally expressive and architecturally disciplined. Through carefully chosen finishes, integrated lighting, and gallery-style compositions, Anvana Architects have transformed LW House into a residence that elevates the everyday through design.
